Our company is pleased to announce the acquisition of selected assets and intellectual property rights from Saietta Group PLC, which is currently in bankruptcy proceedings. This acquisition is strictly limited to Saietta’s assets and does not extend to any ongoing business operations or liabilities of Saietta Group PLC. We are committed to utilizing these assets strategically to enhance the development of electrified products within the EXEDY Group. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to contribute to a sustainable society, ensuring that these resources are leveraged in a way that aligns with our goals for innovation and sustainability
